1、If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make design sketch FYI.
2、If customer have no drawing or design, you can let us know your ideas and creations etc, our designer will make a drawing and keep improving in accordance with your requirements.

Material OEM/ODM Services

We have offered oem/odm service for more than 16 years, and we can make the product with customers logo, and can custom the packaging for customer.

  • Conductor material: Bare copper/ Pure copper/ Copper clad aluminum
  • Insulation material: HDPE/ LDPE
  • Conductor size: Cat5e- 24AWG Cat6- 23AWG Cat6A/ Cat7- 22/23AWG Actual conductor diameter will according to clients requests.
  • Package and cable surface prints content: It can be customized on request.
  • Cable packing length: Usually 305m/ 1000ft per pull box/ wooden reel/ plastic reel; 100m, 200m and other length are available.
  • Cable jacket color: White, grey, black, red, yellow, red and so on, depends on your requirement. Color can be selected by Pantone color card.
